We use WP Forms and Brevo software to manage our subscriber’s list, marketing emails and email communications. This means your information is transmitted to WP Forms and Brevo (formerly: Sendinblue). WP Forms and Brevo are prohibited from selling your data and from using it for purposes other than for the purposes for which it is provided.

Litespeed Cache

This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. How Long We Hold Data

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will retain your name, email address and opt-in date until you unsubscribe. Records of online readings and reading related communication you have had with us are held in the strictest confidence to ensure continuity of service next time you book. We may hold those records until such a time as you instruct us to delete them. Aside from the aforementioned companies (which are prohibited from selling your personal data), we will not disclose, sell or otherwise release any of your personally identifiable information to third party advertisers or third party companies. Your trust is important to us and the confidentiality of our services is paramount. We take great care to keep your information secure and to maintain a confidential service. 

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
